Program

Roark Acquisitions Buyer Property Alerts is a recurring text messaging program from Roark Acquisitions LLC. Messages may include investment property opportunities, price updates, showing details, follow-up questions, and related buyer communications from the dispositions team.

Enrollment and consent

You enroll by entering your information on the public buyer alerts page and actively checking the separate SMS consent box before submitting. The checkbox is not selected by default. By enrolling, you authorize recurring promotional and informational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on available properties and your interactions with the dispositions team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Roark Acquisitions LLC does not charge a separate fee for this program.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After a valid STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation and then no further program messages unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help or email roni@roarkestate.com. Standard carrier keyword handling may also recognize STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless network availability, carrier filtering, and the accuracy of the mobile number you provide. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle mobile information, SMS consent, and consent audit data. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or termination

We may change or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or communicated as required. Your right to opt out at any time does not change.
